Position Overview:
We are seeking both fully licensed and provisionally licensed mental health therapists to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, values collaboration, and thrives in a flexible and supportive environment. This role involves providing individual and/or group therapy to a diverse clientele.

We offer clinical supervision to provisionally licensed staff pursuing full licensure. Our goal is to support your professional growth and help you meet your clinical hour requirements in a nurturing, team-focused setting.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

· Provide psychotherapy to clients in-person and/or via telehealth

· Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

· Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and Malpractice Insurance (Will help guide you through the process if you currently do not have malpractice insurance).

· Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) or provisionally licensed (LSW, LAC) in NJ

· Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

· Commitment to ethical, client-centered care

· Experience with Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Trauma, OCD, Eating Disorders, Stress, Life Transitions A PLUS! Experience with Trauma informed approaches, EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapy, ERP trained/certified A PLUS, but not needed- willing to train if candidate is open to it. Experience with Couples, Families, Children, Adolescents,Adults A PLUS! Clinical Supervision Certification A PLUS!

Job Type: Part-time or Full Time growth

Pay: $50.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
