About Dominique LCSW
Hi! I’m so happy you are here. I am the owner of The Power of Resiliency and a practicing Mental Health Therapist and Health Coach. I enjoy working with my clients to help them build awareness around themselves and their environments in a validating, solution focused practice. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe and comfortable discussing things with me. I am also a trauma informed therapist, EMDR trained, and I utilize many holistic approaches to treatment. Making changes and unpacking things we've gone or are going through, can be difficult, and I want to help you to learn skills and ways to help you live your best life; the life you deserve.
I work primarily with clients who have symptoms of trauma, stress, anxiety, grief, people pleasing/codependency, and relationship conflict. I would describe my style as accepting, compassionate, and if needed, direct. I look forward to learning about you; to be a guide to help you make changes and be heard.
I believe in the whole body approach, by not only processing emotions, but also healing the nervous system too. I am passionate about resilience focused care, and utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Therapy modalities with clients. Healing is an emotional process, issues are in the tissues, and I would love to help you move through that beautiful process of healing!

About Monica LSW
Whether you’re moving through a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself, seeking support is a powerful step towards your own well-being and growth.
As a licensed social worker and working under the supervision of Dominique Silvestri LCSW, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Together we’ll explore what healing and growth look like for you.
I work primarily with clients who have Anxiety, Depression, history of Trauma, Stress, People Pleasing, and are going through life transitions.
Therapy can help you feel more grounded and confident as you navigate change, whether that means setting boundaries, adapting healthily to new circumstances, or learning to care for yourself different ways.
Part of our work together is redefining milestones—seeing progress not only in big accomplishments but also in the small, meaningful shifts that bring you closer to the life you want. We’ll focus on what’s within your control, building tools and confidence to create change while learning to let go of what you can’t change.
The approaches I use in sessions are Person Centered and Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I show up with honesty, curiosity, patience, and compassion, believing that healing begins when you are met where you are.
You don’t have to take the next steps alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own clarity, strength, and sense of fulfillment.

About Amber LSW
I bring over 20 years of experience working in psychiatric settings, child protection, group environments, and in-home care. My work has focused solely on supporting children, families and adults. As a therapist, and under the clinical supervision of Dominique Silvestri LCSW, I am committed to providing a trauma-informed, affirming, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported, validated, and empowered to uncover their own resilience and healing.
My approach integrates evidence-based techniques such as IFS, DBT and CBT, while emphasizing the importance of safety and connection through the lens of polyvagal theory for nervous system regulation. I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, and have experience working closely with this population.
I also incorporate mindfulness-based practices—including breathwork, meditation, sound baths, music, and aromatherapy—to help foster balance and self-awareness. I pride myself on being down-to-earth yet professional, and I enjoy thinking outside the box to meet each client’s unique needs.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey and help you reclaim your light.
